Waxing Class Registration

The
following will register you for our 9/14/2008 Brazilian wax
class. A $50.00 deposit will be required. The
balance will be due on the day of the class.
Please use
the form below. It will take you to a paypal page where you can
send your $50.00 deposit. You can use a major credit card or your
paypal account.
Once you complete the deposit, you will be taken to a form where you
can give us some more information about yourself. We will contact
you after this is complete.
